Our regional sales managers will assist in developing creative solutions for your skinning and slicing production requirements. Visit our test kitchen to view a customized demonstration of one of our machines using your product. If you cannot travel to our Pennsylvania location, ship your product to us and we will ship it back to you with a detailed video of the demonstration. Our sales managers can also arrange an evaluation of one of our machines at your location.

Parts

Ensuring that our customers maintain their operational readiness is our highest priority. Our parts department maintains an inventory of over 4000 different items and insures rapid delivery of replacement parts to meet customer needs. Our parts experts will help assemble a spare parts kit to match your production requirements.

Parts that we have in stock are processed and shipped on the same day they are ordered. There is a 3 to 4 day turnaround for any parts that need to be shipped from the factory in Italy. We always do everything possible to minimize downtime in your production environment.

Technical Support

Our team of factory trained technicians is available to advise on any service issues and to perform on-site service calls when required. Our technicians perform machine installations and provide comprehensive training to your operational and maintenance personnel.

Each Grasselli machine comes with a technical manual that shows all operational and maintenance procedures.   For an additional fee, we offer monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual quality assessment visits to optimize and maintain the efficiency of your new machine.
